Any day now...

Published on January 20, 2014

I'm almost done with the updated version of my beginner's Final Cut Pro X tutorial.

It should be done any day now!

I've had people ask several questions about it, so I thought I'd take a moment to answer the biggest ones.

How much will it cost?

It will be free to watch on my website (the same as the previous beginner's FCPX course). But if you want to download the videos along with the practice media, there will be a purchase option for that. I haven't decided the exact price yet, but it will be small like my previous courses.

Will it be exactly the same as the previous course?

It will be very similar, but it won't be exactly the same because the interface changed, and Apple added new functionality to the software.

And of course I like to throw in new tips and tricks along the way, so you'll see some of that too.

Personally, I think this updated course is much better than the previous one -- but I'll let you be the judge of that. :)

If you already bought a previous course or membership, will this be free?

I sell all my courses separately, and this will be the same. You can watch it on my website for free, but the downloadable version with practice media will require a separate purchase.

When will it be available?

Any day now... I'm getting very close to finishing. I'm super-excited to share it with you. I've been working around the clock to get this finished up.

Thank you so much for the interest, and I'll have more info to share soon.

Now I need to get back to work...

All the best, Izzy
