I’m trying the 1024×576 setting with a 100% quality, a Data Rate of 2 and the MPEG-4 AAC Mono 128 for upload to YouTube. The file size is very small and the quality is wonderful plus it plays even on slower computer connections (a problem I have been having with some standard settings on YouTube).
