Its done in this music video (http://youtube.com/watch?v=Lt6o8NlrbHg) at seconds 23-24, 42-43, then at the 1 min mark. It continues to be done through out the music video. I think it could be done in FCP by layering the clips then using the crop tool..But, it doesn't seem to work as well for me as it does in the vid. Thanks -Robert PS. Love the site.
