We miss you Izzy! I happened acorss your site 10 days ago while researching a camcorder purchase I’m planning.

I’m fairly far along as a still photographer, but I know nothing about video. Your site has been a huge help. There are plenty of resources out there to instruct in the technical aspects of video, but yours is the first I’ve found on creative aspecsts (composition, cuts, etc.).

If you’re looing for some show suggestions, here are some:
– Shooting and incoporating b-role video.
– Choosing music to compliment a video.
– Editing tightly (cutting liberally).
– (More on) Camera positioning.
– How you made that snazzy four-quad video intro from your early shows.
– Editing a holiday or vacation. Taking a series of clips from an event like Christmas, and cutting them into an enjoyable and brief video summary.

How about a show about DV standards, such as firewire, IEEE 1394, iLink, miniDV tape, 4 and 6 pin DV cables, etc.
