Hi everyone!
Today is my 11th anniversary with Noell, and I need your help. Please visit her blog at www.paperclipping.com, and leave her a comment wishing her a Happy Anniversary. It will only take a few seconds, and it would be such a nice surprise for her.
Thanks so much!

If you’re on Facebook, please take a moment to add me as a friend.
I’ve been connecting with many other New Media folks inside Facebook. If you’re like me, and you have a large number of New Media personalities you like to follow, Facebook is an excellent way to do it.
What can you do with Facebook?
- Add friends, and follow their updates.
- Post and browse photos.
- Send messages to other users.
- Poke someone (This is one of my favorite features).
- Find old friends from the past.
- Join groups based on your interests.
- Get to know people better than you do now.
Now that they’ve opened their platform to third-party developers, there will surely be more you can do.
Although Facebook is a social network, it’s very different from MySpace. There are some similarities, of course, but it has a completely different feel. I think it’s a zillion times better.

We’re getting close to the 2 million download mark!
Izzy Video and Paperclipping are the only active Glimpster video podcasts right now, so it’s taking a little longer to get to 2 million downloads than I thought it would. But that’s okay. 1.9 million impressions is still pretty good.

I need all of your help with something. As you know, the Izzy Video website is more than just a place to post my video podcasts. It’s also a resource to discover additional video-related content online. This could be “how to” articles, viral videos, or a number of other things.
Where do you come in? When you see something online that I might be interested in featuring on Izzy Video, please tag it “izzyvideo” using del.icio.us. I’ve subscribed to the RSS feed for this tag and will be notified of your suggestions. Naturally I will credit you with the recommendations.
Thank you for helping me with this!

If you’re looking for an entry-level lighting kit, I recommend looking into the Lowel DV Creator 55 Kit. Although I’ve never personally used this exact kit, it has several great lights. I own multiple Lowel lights and they’re effective and durable.
