[Midas]

Hi everyone.
I hope somebody can help me out with this:

I have a Canon 5D Mark II which has a frame size of 1920 x 1080 with editing time base 25 fps (I am in Australia).
In order to make my clips editable, I used MPEG Streamclip program to transcode it to Apple Intermediate Codec.

After transcoding and importing it into the sequence in FCP, I selected the preset sequence, Intermediate Codec 1080i50.

My three questions are:
1) in Audio Video settings, what should I select for Capture preset?
2) in Sequence settings what should I select for Compressor?
3) in Video processing, should I select RGB or 8 Bit YUB?
